The Jolly Swagmen are firm supporters of marriage equality, but we felt it was time to talk to someone on the other side, to see what all the fuss is about. Monica Doumit is a lawyer and Coordinator at Catholic Talk, with a Masters in Bioethics. She is now the spokesperson for the Coalition for Marriage – the movement fighting to make sure marriage equality doesn’t happen. So what are their best arguments against changing the Marriage Act?
