Weekend Reading & Selected Links

1 min read

Happy Easter! Here are some links to things I've been reading that you might also enjoy:

  1. Daniel Kahneman passed away a couple of days ago. I had the great honour of recording what was one of his last podcast interviews, in New York last year. According to friend of the pod Anna Riedl, this paper of his can be read as a condensed version of Thinking, Fast and Slow.
  2. Another great Google Doc from Brie Wolfson, this one on internal comms.
  3. The new Lancet study: 'Global fertility in 204 countries and territories, 1950–2021, with forecasts to 2100: a comprehensive demographic analysis for the Global Burden of Disease Study 2021'.
  4. Andrew Leigh's ten lessons for economic policymakers.
  5. 'Does one have to be a genius to do maths?', a short blog post by Terry Tao.
  6. Things you're allowed to do.

Have a great weekend,‌
